Most of us write code, some of us write copy, all of us read the support inbox. The role lines stay loose for as long as that works.
We work out of one office, four days a week. Remote weeks are fine. Permanent remote is not where we are right now.
Every team member should be able to point to something that shipped to a real user in the last month. The work is the artifact.
We expect to open roles in product engineering, iOS, and customer experience over the next two quarters. Until then, we keep an informal candidate list. If you would like to be on it, send a short email with a link to one thing you have shipped that you are proud of.
